Five years at Morgan State University, Raymond Chester developed into one of the most prolific tight ends in college football and is widely recognized as one of the greatest players to ever come out of any HBCU. During his first three NFL season, Chester played in three consecutive NFL Pro Bowls and led the Raider to two Division Titles. He played for the Baltimore Colts from 1973 through 1977 and was among the teams leading receivers each year and capturing three more division titles. Chester re-joined the Raiders for in 1978, was selected to his fourth NFL Pro Bowl in 1979 and was part of the 1980 Los Angeles Raiders Super Bowl XV Championship team. He retired in 1981 is still a Raiders fan favorite.
