Jim Marshall Autograph Signing Minnesota Vikings October 2013

On Sunday October 13th, Collectors Showcase of America will host a public autograph signing for Minnesota Vikings 2x NFL Pro Bowl defensive end, Jim Marshall. The signing is part of the October 2013 Show at Chantilly which will be held at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia

Jim Marshall played one season with the Cleveland Browns before joining the Minnesota Vikings for 18 seasons. He started and played in all 282 games of his NFL career and played in two NFL Pro Bowls. At the time of his retirement, he held the NFL record for most games played and consecutive starts by any player in NFL history. He is currently ranked second behind and Brett Favre's 297 consecutive starts. He is now third for the most games played. Marshall is recognized at the original member of the Vikings "Purple People Eaters" defensive line. Alan Page (HOF), Carl Eller (HOF) and Gary Larson would join the team a few years later.
