Over the weekend of January 19th - 20th, JP's Sports and Rock Solid Promotions will host a public autograph signing for Baltimore Orioles 3x AL Cy Young Award winner and Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher Jim Palmer. The signing is part of their Winter Extravaganza in White Plains, New York.
