Charlie Ward Autograph Signing December 2014 FSU Florida State Seminoles New York NY Knicks

On Saturday December 6, 2014, GT Sports Marketing will host a public autograph signing for Florida State Seminoles 1993 Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, Charlie Ward. The signing is part of the 2014 GT Sports Marketing Houston Sports Collectors Convention in Houston, Texas.

Charlie Ward was the Florida State Seminoles starting quarterback for the 1992 and 1993 football seasons and led the team to a record of 23-2. In 1993, Ward threw for 3,032 yards, 27 touchdowns, four interceptions as he guided the Seminoles to their first ever National Championship and the Heisman Trophy. Ward was also a tremendous basketball player. After his collegiate days were over, Ward opted out of playing in the NFL and was the #26 pick of the 1994 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. Ward played 10 seasons with the Knicks and closed out the last two years of his career with the Spurs and Rockets.
