Seattle Mariners Use Six Pitchers in No-Hitter Against Dodgers

Kevin Millwood started things off and threw six no-hit innings before injuring his groin. The Seattle Mariners bullpen took things from there. Charlie Furbush came in at the top of the seventh, got two outs and was replaced by rookie Stephen Pryor who struck out Juan Rivera to end the seventh. Pryor walked two to start the eighth before being replaced by Lucas Luetge who got one out, before being replaced by Brandon League to finish off the eighth. Tom Wilhelmsem came in at the top of the ninth to record the final three outs.

The Mariners won the game 1-0. They scored their only run in the bottom of the seventh so Pryor, who struck out one and walked two picked up the win, which happened to be his first Major League win.
