Kevin Durant's Double-Double Leads OKC Thunder Pass San Antonio Spurs to Reach 2012 NBA Finals

Led by Kevin Durant's 34 points and 14 rebounds, the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the San Antonio Spurs 107-99 in Game 6 of the 2012 NBA Western Conference Finals. After falling behind 63-48 at halftime, the Thunder outscored the Spurs 59-36 during the second half, en route to victory. Formerly known as the Seattle Supersonics (1967-2008), the win marks the fourth time the franchise was won the conference title and the first time they have done it as the Thunder. Their only NBA Championship came in 1979.
