Jake Scott Autograph Signing Miami Dolphins October 2014

On Saturday October 11, 2014, Collectors Showcase of America will host a public autograph signing for Miami Dolphins 5x NFL Pro Bowl safety, Jake Scott. The signing is part of the October 2014 Show at Chantilly which will be held inside the Dulles Expo and Conference Center in Chantilly, Virginia.

Jake Scott lasted all the way into the Seventh Round of the 1970 NFL Draft before the Dolphins picked him up with the 159th pick. He became a starter during his rookie season and played in five Pro Bowls during his six seasons with the Dolphins. On January 14, 1973, Scott was named Super Bowl VII Most Valuable Player after he intercepted two passes against the Redskins to help secure a 14-7 victory. The win capped the 1972 Miami Dolphins historic undefeated season. Scott joined the Redskins in 1976 and finished out his final three seasons there. He is the Miami Dolphins career leader with 35 interceptions.
