Jim Palmer Autograph Signing February 2015 Baltimore Orioles

On Saturday February 7, 2015, Evan's Sports Cards and Collectibles will host a public autograph signing for Baltimore Orioles Class of 1990 Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher, Jim Plamer. The signing will take place at their store in Voorhees Township, New Jersey.

Jim Palmer played just one year of college baseball with the Arizona State Wildcats before he was signed by the Baltimore Orioles as a free agent in 1963. He played just 19 games of Single A ball before making his major league debut in 1965. He spent his entire 19 year MLB career with the Baltimore Orioles and won three World Series Championships (1966, 1970 and 1983). From 1973 through 1978, Jim Palmer was the best pitcher in the American League. During that time span, Palmer won three AL Cy Young Awards (1973, 1975 and 1976) and had five 20-win seasons. He played in a total of five World Series, played in six MLB All-Star Games, won four Gold Glove Awards and was first American League pitcher to win three Cy Young awards.
